Membership
Membership is annual. We accept 44 new members per city each month. Fees are non-refundable once your term begins.

The Cadence offers fitness and coffee guidance for informational purposes only. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for professional medical care. Consult a physician before starting any training program, especially if you have a heart condition or any other health concern.
Acceptable Use
You may not scrape, clone, resell, or redistribute The Cadence's content or training plans. Automated access to the service is prohibited.
Intellectual Property
All content, interfaces, and recommendations are the property of The Cadence. The Cadence, Daily Ritual, and Master Ritual names and marks may not be used without permission.
Cancellation
You can cancel anytime. Access continues through the end of your paid annual term.
Limitation of Liability
The Cadence is provided 'as is'. We are not liable for injuries, health outcomes, or coffee-related losses resulting from use of the service.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
