The Coffee & Matcha Lab is a public page with a seeded recipe library (espresso, cortado, flat white, cold brew, matcha and more), an interactive ratio calculator for coffee and matcha, brew timers, and a short storage guide. The recipes are house recommendations, not gospel.

How is Coffee & Chat moderated?

Coffee & Chat is a members-only community with three moderated threads. Every post and thread has a Report button, all rooms are moderated, and there is no direct messaging between members — only public threads.

What is an Artifact Drop?

An Artifact Drop is a bi-weekly editorial piece — a training idea, a coffee ritual, or a member-theme. Each edition has a countdown to the next release date and an archive of past editions. Drops end with a region-aware note about the COFFEBRE store.

A Squad is an accountability group of exactly four members. The squad page shows each member's weekly status as a simple dot (Trained, Resting, or Missed this week) and one shared weekly goal. There are no direct messages — status dots only.

Who is Freya Solheim and how is she different from Cassius?

Freya Solheim is The Cadence's second AI coach — the Movement Curator. Where Cassius Vale coaches strength, conditioning and the Run Club with a stoic, expectant voice, Freya curates Pilates, Yoga, Tennis and Golf with a serene, precise voice built around grace, mobility and longevity. Both are openly labelled as artificial intelligence coaches on their pages.

What do the four sport studios include?

Each sport studio — Pilates, Yoga, Tennis and Golf — is curated by Freya Solheim and has a three-level progression: Foundations, Practice and Poise. Every level has named sessions with a duration, a short description, two to three cue lines, and a Movement + Coffee Pairing card. A Log a Session button links to your existing progress tracking.

What does Movement + Coffee Pairing mean?

Each studio ends with a recommended coffee pairing — a specific drink and a way to drink it that mirrors the quality of the movement you just practiced. A flat white after Pilates, a cortado after Yoga, an espresso after Tennis, a pour-over after Golf. The practice and the cup are the same ritual.

Are beginners welcome in the studios?

Yes. Every studio begins with a Foundations level designed for new movers — shorter sessions, simpler shapes, and a focus on the basics like breath, grip and stance. You start at Foundations and progress to Practice and Poise at your own pace.
